What application are you reporting this issue on?
Csgo
What server is this happening on?
Surf
Short description of the bug.
Surf_forbiddenways telehop
Description of the bug.
You can telehop and start with 3500 speed
What should be happening instead?
A speed limiter should be put in place in the start zone
Describe how to replicate the bug.
Fall off, delay a jump, jump and you start with 3500 speed
Extra info? I believe only rank 1 on forbidden did the telehop. You can check by typing !cpr and comparing the splits to your own. If one is 2 seconds faster than another than it is obviously telehopped.
