This suggestion is for a new subforum under GTA/ A post under GTA.
Who can post here.
The post would be locked to LE only.
How would you add a post?
The forum would be run by In Character government, posts could be added by LE to fill (x) amount of space. You can purchase ad space with money paid monthly to the government. Advertising hiring bulletins, maybe a new car drop at PDM, or maybe someone very wealthy is having a party/auction?
Why add this? Would this take away from roleplay? Would this help or hurt RP?
This would be the perfect place for events, auctions, car sales, car drops, hiring, and general business advertisements all in one place. Instead of posting events or forum posts in the discord, we could pin this post under GTA for all to see. This would lessen the need for general members to make forum posts [IC] to advertise to different timezones, this could also merge the current two timezone groups we have and help smaller businesses flourish.
The cost of this would hopefully balance the economy, the rich could spend more for bigger ads, smaller businesses would have smaller ad space but be in competition with the big guys. This would encourage creativity and artistic ability to draw attention.
Please comment any ideas, further suggestions, or anything else below.
