Short description of the bug.
keep talking if you die holding radio

Description of the bug.
If you hold your talk button on the radio and you die, you will keep talking until you're revieved in which you go back on radio turn it on and off, and talk again.

What should be happening instead?
The game should register that my push to talk button is lifted and stop me from talking.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Die while holding radio push to talk button
