My computer freezes while playing games

Hello friends,

A problem has been happening on my computer recently. Whenever I am going to play games, my computer is getting freeze everytime . I have restarted my computer, but still the problem is going on. After quick googling shows this post. May I go ahead with this? Any idea..

honestly in my opinion, i would make a backup save of all the important applications that you want to keep, and do a full-on factory reset of your computer

Open up task manager and see what is using your resources, if the load isn't high and you are still freezing then you should do what Martin said. Overtime, you can accumulate so many startup programs that your computer can feel slow from the get-go.

Yes, what Luffy said. Check those internal temps too if u can, make sure it’s not overheating.
