FiveM Reset: Economy Recommendations

I only have one opinion on the economy. Since, it's going to take several of us a week or more to get a vehicle, can we add in a car rental function? I'm making this suggestion because I don't see a way for civilians to have a decent quality of life, and keep a clean record without this option.
Bicycles are able to be rented from the first second, i believe its 26 dollars to finance. Many people in big cities use bikes to travel it seems,

Edit: I actually did mess up a variable above, because of my miscount of baggie usage. You also have to use 10 baggies for each brick you break down into the 10 10 gram baggies. Then you have to break the 10g's down into 1g baggies, using up a total of 100 baggies. This will result in each brick of cocaine/meth using 110 baggies each brick. This will result in 4 bricks * 110 baggies =440 baggies for each 4 bricks. Using the value of $5 per baggie is crazy unrealistic, since it cost $5 to stock baggies at stores, the average price is going to be around $10 a baggie. 440 baggies * $10 for each bag =$4,400 clean money. So to correct my error above, im going to fix the inputs and outputs.
Inputs: Black USB($200 clean),Meth location($60 clean), 440 ziplock baggies($4,400)
Total input: $4660 clean
Outputs: 400 1g ziplock baggies of meth sell between $6-10 each meth 1g. 400*($6)/($10)
Total Output: $2,400-4,000 dirty money($3200 avg.)

So as you can see, you inputs and outputs are in the loss. If you include that laundering takes 40% of your dirty money when you convert it, youre left with an average of $1,920 clean money. Resulting in an average of a 58.8% financial loss.

If you assume that dirty money conversion rate goes back to 1:1, you are left with $3,200 clean and a 31.3% negative profit loss average.

Thank you all for your time!
