Not Planned TTT make all rounds shorter

A typical round is around 6 minutes long, but people start to leave if they're dead and need to wait 5 mintues to play again.

Admins tell people to start killing people after 4 minutes, if they don't they'll kick them before the rounds ends anyway.

People are sick of waiting and leaving the server more when 1 or 2 guys keep delaying.

If people delay this need to be handled by admins, now 6 minutes is only long when 5-10 persons are playing, so no point on making the rounds shorter because it will also affect when server is full or more than 20 persons.

Oh and when no admins are online, we cant do much you know, we do have a life or other things to do also, again this only happen when not that much amount of player are online
