/search should not function how it currently is.

Description of the bug.
Walking up to a player and typing "/search" allows you to see every in their inventory. You can also easily take or give them anything without their knowledge.

What should be happening instead?
you should not be able to easily pick pocket like that

Describe how to replicate the bug.
walk up to a person and type "/search" and interact with their goodies.

This has been modified, to utilize the old system where the subject must be "surrendering" and you must press "G" whilst pointing, Attempt this and please inform me if it works.

Tested this and it works fine. but you can still /search anyone.
