Get PD weapons when not on duty

Description of the bug.
You are able to get police weapons despite not being on duty as a police officer. The same goes for medical supplies by using /policeweapons or /medical. Note, this only works if you are hired as a police and are able to select the job. Not if you are not hired a police officer

What should be happening instead?
You should only be able to get the supplies when on duty with that job.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Be hired as a police officer (have the job available in f5), go off duty, or to any other job, and then do /policeweapons or /medical

Extra info? This only works if you have already been employed by the job. I am unsure if this works for SAFR

So to my knowledge, the way the F5 script acts is that when you select the Off-Duty choice, you will still technically be assigned to the Job and it would still allow you to use the command, But you shouldn't be able to utilize it whilst set to a different job, I will be moving this bug report to the Tech Teams issue center, They will coordinate the issue from there. Look for a fix coming to this in the coming future!
