The Current State of Roles
The Overwatch Leadership team has been listening to you guys, and we understand the level system we currently have has grown dull and boring.
We have been going back and forth on ideas for weeks, and it feels like we just keep running into a brick wall.
We also want to add perks for server boosters, but we aren't sure what you guys would like or what would be unfair.
We want roles to be fun and give people something to do, but at the same time we don't want to limit the experience or capabilities of what new users can do and access.


We Want to Hear From You Guys
Since you guys are the ones who we are working on these role changes for, we wanted to hear from you all and see what you guys would like!
We are open to hearing about bots we can add for perks, adding more permissions for certain users, and more.
Please note we would also love to hear ideas for nitro boosters!

Server Boosting Perks! Access to making a channel and emotes

Add boxbot (possibly poketwo too) and make it available to e tags and above only.
DS can add a few emotes of their choice, as well as a channel
If a user can have increased privileges with a bot depending on your role, give DS these privileges (example if you can grant a user increased unboxing abilities with boxbot or larger playlist adding abilities with groovy)

Draguns thought of an interesting idea that maybe Server Boosters can suggest what event they want to see next (PUGs, Infection, etc), basically giving them the opportunity to vote for events with an edge over normal members.

I personally like this idea as the ECs can take a step back and ask the Server Boosters and DS members what they want to see. Draguns suggested once a month but I think we can do once a week or bi-weekly.
