People have to set their jobs to unemployed to pay at burger shot cash register

Description of the bug.
when someone goes to pay at burger shot using their third eye, they have to go to unemployed to pay. If they do not unset their job it will not work

What should be happening instead?
Should be able to pay no matter what the job set it.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Be on duty for any job.

I will be moving this bug report to the Tech Teams issue center, They will coordinate the issue from there. Look for a fix coming to this in the coming future!
