Cops can't see evidence

Description of the bug.
Ummm...The cops can't see any evidence. Apparently they couldn't see evidence since the server launched and assumed they just weren't supposed to....Blood might be broken as well because criminals can see bullet casings, but no blood, cops can't see anything.

What should be happening instead?
Cops should be able to see evidence

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Make evidence, see evidence with flashlight as a cop.

I actually saw a cold casing today

Although I also watched a hot one vanish

I will be moving this bug report to the Tech Teams issue center, They will coordinate the issue from there. Look for a fix coming to this in the coming future! We greatly appreciate the report.
