Resolved [AWP ONLY] Add + spawn points

Add more spawn points to the following map:

Awp_toodles

There is only 5 spawn points on each side so only 10 people can play.

The number of spawn points doesn't limit how many can play, though more should be added. CS:GO is smart enough to spawn the player close or directly on top of a given spawn point, if already occupied.
