Short description of the bug.
Fishing says "Water too shallow'

Description of the bug.
When fishing off the edge of the sandy/grapeseed dock north of sandy's lake, you get a notice every time you try to catch a fish "You caught a fish X kg" and then "Stopped fishing, water too shallow" but you don't actually stop fishing. it just pops up with every fish you catch.

What should be happening instead?
Shouldn't pop up shallow message when I'm this far along the docks. Should actually stop fishing if the water is ACTUALLY too shallow.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Go fishing, catch fish, see notification, keep fishing.

Addition to this. Rod doesn't actually break when you get notification "It was huge, your rod broke". Allows you to just keep fishing.

CORRECTION ON THIS, it is BREAKING the rod, it just automatically starts another rod, so you don't actually notice the rod broke, but it is using up rods in my inventory when one breaks.
