"reserved slot for admin" ? NO!

On the eGOs servers are reserved slots for admins.WHY?its very very bad.Get onto server is very difficult, because Auto-retry works only when on the server are 33/33 player, but there are 32/33 .

It's probably SourceTV. That's caused problems every time it was set up. (I was just coming in here to say "Uhh, wtf?", too. Hard to try and play if you can't auto-retry.)
