top gangs lr are incorrect

Description of the bug.
if you look at top gangs you can see the gangs total kills and last requests but the lr counter resets after it hits a certain number like mine did

What should be happening instead?
should keep counting it

Describe how to replicate the bug.
i think it resets after a gang hits 10k lrs as no gang has over 10k and i remember mine at 8k a while ago and is now at 4k
