NPCs dont put hands up and give keys
Description of the bug.
NPCs dont put their hands up or get out of their car when you put a gun at them but they seem to trigger Cops as Williams showed up
What should be happening instead?
they should be getting out of the car and putting their hands up and hopefully giving over their keys
Describe how to replicate the bug.
graba gun, put it at a npc very close to their car dont move a lot and they should get out
