admin issues

Description of the bug.
admin works some days and doesnt others as well as it seems the tickets have gone from 1600 to 800

What should be happening instead?
admin should be working

join and try to kick someone it doesnt work same with ban

That makes zero sense. We have a third party plugin running on there. Are you saying that is as admins will not have the ability to take action against a player that is violating the rules?

I'd love to know when this decision was made. It's in really bad taste to run a server that supports Gametime players without the ability to kick/ban and slather eGO's name on it.

OFFICIAL SERVERS​

EA describes Official servers as follows:

"Official servers have strict default settings that are tailored for new players. E.g. an official server that hosts the Defuse game mode must have the max-player-limit set to 10 players."


What does this mean?

• Server owners of Official servers can not kick, ban or move players;
• 3rd party anti-cheat plugins* will not kick, ban or move players;
• Server owners have limited capabilities of customizing their server;
• Gametime** can access Official servers.

RANKED SERVERS​

EA describes Ranked servers as follows:

"Ranked servers can use settings that are slightly different than default servers. E.g. a ranked server that hosts the Defuse game mode can have the max-player-limit set to 6 players."


What does this mean:

• Server owners of Ranked servers can kick, ban and move players;
• 3rd party anti-cheat plugins* will be able to kick, ban and move players;
• Server owners have more freedom of customizing their server (for example pistol only servers);
• Gametime** can not access Ranked servers.

Stop.

We know the difference. Procon is flaking out again. The server's back end appears to be half cooked. You posting descriptions from EA's RoE isn't helping remedy the situation.

Screw it. This is a fight I'm just not going to win and I'm too tired to fight for them anymore. Good luck with the BF4 servers.

Obviously there is a breakdown in communication somewhere. Procon our third party app is not currently working. We cant kick or ban players that need to be kick or band. Its causing issues with other players in the server. They leave and dont come back. On days where the admin is actually working and us admins are able to kick and ban hackers and other server killers or even just enforce our rules the server stays for the most part full. We just want to be able to play in peace.
