Gun Game Cell Spawns

Description of the bug.
Some of the spawns for gun game are in cells. With the decreased spawn time and the increased pace of this special day, sometimes they do not get opened at all by a CT/T or auto open. This results in players being stuck in a cell for most or all of the round.

What should be happening instead?
Cells should auto open at start of gun game so people aren't stuck in cells the whole round

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Call a gun game special day.

if there is a way to force open the cells and armory for all special days (except for custom) then i think it would help out with this issue, as well as the people who camp armory button to disrupt.

this is possible & to add on to this, admins should have this added to adminmenu

Some kind of solution to camping armory button would be superb.

A temp fix would be to type kill in console when you get this spawn. So I suggest informing people of this on gungame until it gets fixed
