cop-limit is too much, not pog.

decreasing coplimit for most things (other than "high tier" like banktrucks, would be nice, as a lot of the time there isnt that many cops on untill fairly late.

Especially considering the reward isnt really big for crimes at the moment, i dont think requiring 3 or 5 (or however much the req is) for these crimes is needed. 1/2 is more fair

Rekty Fantastic suggestion. I could see why this is a big issue in the morning.

As you may already have seen both cop requirements and crime payouts we're edited. If you still see this as an issue please make another suggestion.
