broken map/ not finished fully, jb_mlcastle_cs

Description of the bug.
most of the map is "out of order", random drops of frames - some people said they were at 20fps, I dropped nearly 200

What should be happening instead?
optimizations / finish the games

I’m pretty sure weve swapped to a more recent version of mlcastle.
