Not Planned !dm for TTT

When you die in TTT instead of having to watch and wait for the round to end make it so that you can type !dm and it will put in a deathmatch with other people that are dead and you just fight and kill people until the round ends.

I believe we experimented with this once or twice, it came at the cost of crashes and lag due to high resource usage, I wouldn't support adding this for those reasons, though I agree it would be nice to do something while dead, I just don't think it should come at those costs.
