Counter-Strike Not Planned DS getting more than one vote for RTV

Good evening all,

I am unsure if this has ever been brought up, and I know DS does kinda lack perks. I get this idea from Town of Salem where the Mayor role once he reveals himself gets 3 votes instead of 1 when voting. I know this is an entirely different game and gameplay, but I guess I just wanted other peoples opinions? Maybe not 3 votes necessarily unless you're one of the higher tiers, but maybe 2 votes instead of 1 when RTV'ing maps would be neat.

Interesting idea, but bad in play. Generally on JB, there are maybe 5-10 DS on at a time during peak time. This small group of people could pretty much change the map at will, which might turn some people off from the server

I have to say I agree with Daddy Succ here. Influencing of RTV is already a problem and super annoying when people do it, and to give a DS extra votes on top of that, especially if those who have it don't like the map, would just make it worse IMO.

I echo this sentiment. I don't like a select few having control over votes. I understand other servers exist, but Jailbreak is the one I'm most concerned with, and this can easily become a situation where a handful of people effectively control the map rotation.

I echo this sentiment. I don't like a select few having control over votes. I understand other servers exist, but Jailbreak is the one I'm most concerned with, and this can easily become a situation where a handful of people effectively control the map rotation.

Then don't make it a JB thing. Kinda like how you can't pick your chat name and color in BHOP like you can in JB.

i think this should be enforced when theres either less than 3 DS members on the server or theres more than 25 players, that way DS arent setting map changes every other round and you have an ADDED DS perk because theres not a lot of those im afraid

Frankly, DS players already have a good amount of perks and I trully think that it would only bring negative consequences for all the servers in general... :/

I don't hate this idea since with a full server you need half to agree to the rtv or more. If it was possible to make it 1 vote than a wait a certain time period to have another vote in the same map so it doesn't persuade others to rtv right away.

Nah for real, it would be terrible if the maps can be changed just by 5-6 guys.
And yeah, DS have cool and suffisent perks, especially for the JB.
But why not if other things are added in the perks list
