Budget is 750, for work/school purposes only. I will need room for hours worth of mp4 12000br video and ability to operate with speed in multiple tasks.

Any suggestions are welcome, gonna order it on my payday (15th)

If you can, this is just a suggestion, I would definitely look into your schools resources as far as buying stuff for school goes.

For instance, I am going to Bellevue to get my Master's in Cyber Security and they offer me a website with significant discounts for software/hardware.

Honestly you're better off storing the video on a USB external drive. Most laptops <$750 are going to max out at a 512GB SSD. Good size external drives are fairly cheap too.
