Ok Here Are The Rules For This Thread:
1. No "TTT Is just better." Or "JB Is the best!" Please State Why It Is Superior.
2. No Fighting On What Is Better Keep This A Friendly Form
3. Don't Spam
4. Don't Necro Post
5. No SIMPING

from my experience ttt is just tryhards and one guy i can have fun with fucking around each round

in ttt you cant do much you can play the game killing people or just talk to others doing something fun for like 2 mins then die

but in jb you can go ct tryhard for kills (disgusting people) or not tryhard just kill the active rebelers and talk to people have fun, can go on t just to play minigames or rebel and try and kill all the cts you can also go warden and try ur hand at that and also you can call a special day

way more options on jailbreak depending on ur mood

All the older players stating how old TTT is better when old JB is also 1000x better.

That being said, JB has an overall better atmosphere and extremely entertaining during peak player hours. Everyone who’s said “TTT is better!” In the past 4 months have literally become JB mains. Looking at you @nonya @WilsonNCAABasketball.

Wilson "claims" he is not a jb main

jb there's no contest

ttt old and ttt new are both different... but don't have the same vibes
Sums up everything pretty much.

I have never and nor will I ever really play JB as a main server, so let's not put "everyone" in there. ;)

Same applies to quite a few OG TTT admins. (You all know who u are! <3)

TTT = Lots of RDMs
JB = Lots of freekills

hmm since JB has different days selected by warden I will stick to JB is better

Yessir ! They underestimated the power of the JB and they instantly understood that it was better :D It's understandable after all, we all do mistakes :3

But in reality, both have their own positive and negative points. Personally, I just have more pleasure with the principle of JB and I get bored less quickly, especially when it's a great map or not an overplayed one

TTT is super annoying to play unless you are traitor. Being a detective sucks because you just have a target on your back, plain and simple. You can't do anything as an inno without probable cause, and by the time you get that you are basically already dead, unless the traitor shooting at you sucks. The only fun time on TTT is if you are traitor, which barely ever seems to happen. meanwhile you have some players getting T rounds 6 times in a row. Maybe if they improvised a hidden traitor weight system (similar to the warden weight system in JB) it would be better. But honestly I don't like waiting around basically just to die on TTT. And not to mention the endless mountain of RDMing that happens (and complaining about RDM). At least in JB the rules are clear and your survival is mostly based around skill and your own decision making. TTT is too subjective on what is considered an RDM, while in JB a freekill is usually very easy to identify. TTT is basically just the same thing over and over, waiting for a T round. I've had countless moments in JB where I couldn't stop laughing IRL because something hilarious happens, and the adrenaline you get when you pull off a successful rebel killing off an entire CT team. TTT can't beat those moments in my eyes. Another thing that makes JB great is GANGS. You can join a gang and have your own little community within the jail and makes it 1000x more fun. Knowing you and your gang got each others backs. The player base on JB also makes it super fun (minus some toxic people) but there are yes toxic wardens, but also equally funny and entertaining ones to make up for it So many ways you can play JB, all what you wana do and what you find fun. JB > TTT all the way.

Equivalent story of JB of what the guy here says:

Playing a mode, where you behave like a good puppy to the Warden, or you choose to die as a rebeler. Then you do have the other side (Warden one), where you have a constant target on your back (since there is never a moment without anyone wanting to kill you in order to rebel and win the round). Of course considering you don't rebel, you might get a small chance at playing BHOP Simulator v.2.0.1 (Strafe Masters Edition), or even look up in the sky or down at the ground (and wish that the warden will not freekill, gunplant or mass RDM all of you).

Meanwhile there are a lot of gaps that can be abused to people's likings in JB (especially with RDMing incidents). Also just because you don't see everyone rdming in voice chat about RDM, that doesn't mean anything, because from the few moments I've been there, chat is constantly RED from people who don't even know that -supposedly- easy gamescript with the -clear- rules when it comes to killing someone without a reason.

The only thing we can agree on is something that is of literally not even gamescript specific, and that is the gang system, which with a few small alterations, can also work on TTT as well. At least TTT doesn't need a warden to tell people how to play ;), we do have rules and some guides & tips that can help with that instead.

Which is why TTT>JB at the end of the day heh.

I would have to say Jailbreak. I haven't played CS:GO in the past couple weeks bc of vacation but Jailbreak offers much more to do and much more to happen than TTT.

In Jailbreak, there are all sorts of minigames to see who lives and you can choose to rebel against the wardens and get at them later into the round. Or you can help the wardens and find the rebels to be a proper prisoner. Pretty much, there is actual skill (other than good aim) and quick thinking involved in jailbreak. But in TTT, there is only one thing to do per role:
Innocents: Kill T's
Detective: Find and Kill T's
Traitors: Kill everyone but the T's
I mean sure there is a shop thats adds a little bit of fun for the T's and being a T is really fun unless you suck and can't hit your shots, but jailbreak is overall better in my opinion.

You forgot to mention that you might not necessarily die as a rebeller, but could possibly ace the entire CT team in a 1v10 and single-handedly get that T win, which is definitely a good enough reason to put up with some of the hardships you might face in JB.

JB > TTT in my eyes still

So same thing with a Traitor that knows his tools versus heavy detectives and overstacked innocents. Nothing different to this, however its your choice to miss on having more fun over JB.
TTT better because we have JuVe913 JuVe913 <3

no u <3

the only time TTT is fun is if you TRYHARD.
tryharding with remembering how many traitors are at the beginning, tryharding with hearing all KOS', finding people you trust in that round and eventually scouting out the last T(s) purely based on logic and process of elimination (not that you act on it and kill the T(s)).

if you're just casually playing and basically waiting to get killed by a T that's right next to you it's no fun whatsoever.

TTT = Constantly admin
JB = Pretending to admin
''So jailbreak is better.''

I used to play TTT on ego like 3 years ago back when it wasn’t (entirely) just a bunch of children talking over each other. You can actually get fun rounds back then, it wasn’t just a clusterfuck of people rdming and earraping. Once I found jailbreak I immediately swapped over because it was so much better than TTT in my eyes. Admins would actually be able to handle rule breakers much more often and people weren’t able to micspam the entire round. TTT nowadays is even more scuffed than back then so I have no idea how anybody thinks TTT could be better lol.
