Ammunation postal 557, when selecting "export all" for pistols, twice the van has not spawn, no blip, inventory goes down, but no additional funds added

Description of the bug.
This has now happened twice which is why i'm reporting it because i'm not sure whats causing this issue and i'm afraid it'll happen again. When selecting "export all" for pistols, the van will not spawn, i won't get a van blip, or a location blip at all, my pistol inventory will drop by qty 5 which is the export quantity, however my funds remain the same, so essentially i lose out on $3,500 that i would have in inbound funds from export and thats happened twice for a loss of $7k

What should be happening instead?
Van should be spawning as usual with location blip once in van.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
I have only had it happen twice and i'm not sure what causes it, not sure if its a sync issue, connection issue or what :-(

@Jimothy Buckerton this is the one i thought you were originally talking about, didn't realize you had responded tot he one for $175
