Hey W white if the problem is that you want to change your name regardless having the e tag, you can go to Account Settings "Change name" put the name you want and a reason for it, now if the problem is you dont longer want to be a member of EdgeGamers and want to fully remove your e tag you can create a Contact Leadership explaining this situation, now if this is the case i would like you to PM any member of our Member Services division explaining why you don't longer want to be a member of EdgeGamers anymore like if there was any problem within the community so we can improve and solve this problem, you can also explain this in your Contact Leadership.
