Counter-Strike Global Offensive Jail Server Chat spamming fixes

This was done on my phone so don’t be harsh with my formatting please. I am the number one chat spammer in jb and I think I have some ideas to get rid of some of the chat spammers such as myself.
1. Nominate binds
I have a bind that instantly nominates a map then nominates another map thus spamming chat.
fix 1. I would put a limit on how much you can nominate either per map or per second. Like for example “you could not nominate this map because of your amount of nominations in the last map” or something similar. So that bind would become absolute.
2. Repeated messages
Fix I think that if you use a repeated message in the past 2 seconds it should be deleted for example “you said that already take a break” it would make chat a lot clearer from 1 person spamming chat.
3. Clear chat bind
Fix
Make a character limit so things like my clear chat bind wouldn’t work because of the amount of characters it takes to truly clear the chat.
Those are just some of my ideas to make chat less cluttered leave suggestions in the comments

Thank you for bringing this issue to light cookie man. Back when I was not banned, I remember how annoying those binds were, especially TRIP in particular with the nomination bind. Hopefully these chat-spammers that you speak of find holiness soon.

chat spammers should just get admined and dealt with accordingly.

however, i do see the benefits of implementing all of this.

I definitely agree that these suggestions would be a nice addition.

That being said, it's not the server's responsibility to prevent rule breakers. While it is of course best if we can prevent abuse of commands (like what these suggestions would do), there will always be something to abuse, something to spam, and some rule to break. If anything, I'd say exploiting a bind or bug (like the clear chat message in CS:GO) should qualify for a 1 day ban for Server Disruption.
