Delivered Update "Our Servers" page

Would be good if https://www.edgegamers.com/pages/servers/ gets an update, this would be; Add Overwatch Discord Server, Add GTA Discord Server(if possible), Add Rust Discord Server, Add Destiny 2 Discord Server, Add the IP for our BF4 servers (if still in support), Add the KZ Climb CSGO Server, Remove the Squad IP (as no longer support)

These don't exist anymore from what I've been told and seen. But good suggestion nonetheless!

BUMP - Could do with a spruce up, the formatting and block of text for the server list is awful! Maybe add the gameme pages into there
