I have recently started to play Battlefield 4 on the PS3 because I want to get a platinum on this version of the game. I could play through the whole of the first level, get a cutscene for the Shanghai level, and then get an infinitely long loading screen. Interestingly enough, you can hear a gun fight in the background, can shoot and even die.
I've swapped the game disc for another copy, and it still didn't work. I uninstalled the game data, and installed it again, and it didn't work.
Online is also a bit strange, since half of the sound is not present. It's a European version of the game, and it has been updated to the latest version.
The console is also a European slim model, if that means anything.
Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem?
