Help With Pic

Hey, So I made my first sig pic, Its okay I quess, but I want to make one like JohnT wheres the American is drinking a beer and stuff like that, is that garrys mod or what do it need???

They are Garry's mod screenshots which are then edited in Photoshop to make them look nice. I'd be glad to help you out but I have finals next week and will not be available until afterwards.

Also (if you have some time on your hands) you can use Hammer Editor of the SDK Tools
made a good HL2 pic in the NovaProspekt lvl ... wish i could find it
