Mrank 10th place, but center hud says 11

Description of the bug.
When you do !mrank on the surf server it tells you what place you are in with the time as well, in chat. When I did that I was ranked 10/---. But in the center hud it says I was ranked 11/---.

What should be happening instead?
I should either be ranked 10th or 11th, not both.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Not sure.

this typically happens because cksurf cant handle ties

This may be fixed in the far future, will be marking this as on hold for now.

This should be fixed now - since we've updated surftimer a bit ago and I haven't seen anything.

Feel free to make another bug report if anyone sees this happen again.
