Delivered GTA 5 Vapid Car Voting

I think we should have seperate polls to vote for what vapid cars get added to the server. as is the base game cars just get decided upon by ?? with no input from the community.

The dedicated supporter vehicle suggestion thread didn't really specificy it was only for custom cars so we could probably just use that to suggest them.

or maybe they could be voted on by everyone compared to the DS exclusive voting for imports.

We need to update the server build target to Tuners

It's the default that FiveM is targeting for new users when they first install FiveM so dev is planning to push it to live soon
