That looks GOOD! Is there a recipe you can share?
This time I used:
4 lbs dried kidney beans (rinsed, rehydrated overnight, rinsed again, and then boiled for about 30 minutes)
2 lbs hamburger
1 lb sausage
14 14.5 oz cans of tomatoes (I use diced, but petite diced, crushed, or whole all work. If using whole, mash or blend into finer chunks.)
1 can tomato paste
garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, and chili powder to taste
Brown the hamburger and sausage (drain grease off), boil the beans until tender, and combine with tomatoes in a large pot. Season to taste. I cook on low heat for 5-6 hours at least stirring often.
