Can you get higher then e after getting permanently banned?

I believe so, there are admins that have been banned before becoming admins. I'm not 100% sure that some of them were permanently banned but there must be at least 1 that might have been permanently banned. Being given a second chance is an actual second chance not just a unban and a limitation to what your role with the community will be. If you are a model player, follow the rules, don't get banned often and know how to have fun on the server then I see no problem with you having the chance to be promoted in the future. But this is just my take on it LE might have a different view on how they do things but I would assume its something similar to my opinion.
