real life shit: getting two jobs that i have huge interest in with barely any effort (my experience in the field helped) + almost being done with my degree
gaming shit: making my own female tournament. started as a random idea that turned into a tweet that turned into a HyperX as main sponsor (pog?)
eGO shit: people coming to me for help. means ive done something right

*Promote former Managers who lost their position because they took a LOA. I like the idea of experienced leaders being given a way to contribute without their LOA being held against them.

*Promote more women and older members into leadership.
