Is my Power Supply good enough for my computer?

I'm saying probably not, I don't know you PC but when you gpu or CPU are maxed its going to use power.

If you're really worried I'd advise undervolting you cpu and gpu

I have a 3700x and a RTX 2080 on a 550w PSU and I don't even hit 300w both overclocked.

This means the game itself is using a lot of resources. Games typically do this because they use a lot of CPU, GPU, and RAM to run. This isn't a power issue as if it was, your computer would shut itself off because of the power demand.
 
your pc would just reboot if your PSU did not provide enough power. You're good.

Every house has one of those rotating meters outside the home. Turn off your PC, watch it over time. Turn on your PC, watch the increase over time and that should get you an accurate reading.

nah jk lmao, usually you're unable to unless you have a power meter for an electric outlet to measure it. you could also measure the estimated output from your PC parts and add those up and see where you come to

some components can tell you how many watts are being used but not all but if you want to know you can get a lil adapter that measures watts and plug your pc into it but the power usage just says how powerfully demanding a game is, what are your specs?
 
Just like TheresHallow said, you need to post all your specs in order to get a better idea. Just posting your PSU won't help anything if we don't know the rest. Feel free to download a free program called Cpu-Z & it'll give all the stats on your machine in order to give you a better idea of power usage.
