I was banned on Harvest by someone?

Good evening. I was playing on Harvest tonight when all of a sudden I was banned. I left the game and when I rejoined, I couldn't join any of the eGO servers. In the Hightower server previously, some guy named Pastry asked me about my main or something. I didn't response and decided not to get involved bc my previous account was stolen and I'd rather not talk about it. Later I joined Harvest, played for a little bit and then left to go do something. When I tried to join back, it wouldn't let me, or anything of the other servers for that matter. I think I was banned by the Pastry guy for some reason? Any help would be much appreciated.
