Member unable to get in on website.

Hi guys, my irl friend Darwin(in clan) is unable to get in to this website only thing that shows for him is this:

If you by any chance know why this is the only thing he sees please tell me so i can tell him

Tell him to try using Firefox3 over the worlds least liked browser, IE7.
Maybe that will solve it. FIrefox FTW

Looks like his page is cached. Try giving him a link to a specific page on the site and see what happens.

I notices a couple of things. This is probably related to a DNS issue or as others have mentioned a cached website.

Please use the URL http://www.edgegamers.org instead of http://edgegamers.org.

Yes, both should work; however I'm now seeing somethign funky on the domain only URL.

PM me if the www URL fails as well and I will continue to work on researching the issue.

Can somebody from the eGO council or webteam please submit a support.DGX ticket for this so I don't lose track of things?

Problem identified

ns2.dgx.us which is the tertiary name server for our sites is reporting no entry for edgegamers.org.

The primary and secondary name servers are working properly.

For some reason her ISP is pulling from the old name server which means that they most likely have an issue on their side. I can correct the issue on our side and when they catch up all will be right with the world.

Again, please have her access http://www.edgegamers.org.

Okay... all the name servers are reporting correctly. She should be good to go. Please note that it will take a few hours for propagation. We usually allow 24-48 hours for completion; however the changes usually happen within 4 hours.

PM request that eGO opens a support.DGX ticket so I can track these changes.
