TTT has always been my favorite CSGO server, and lately, I feel like the player base has been a little low due to various reasons in and out of our control. Whether making a post here or just talking in-game, many other TTT players have suggested adding fun plugins to TTT. RTD, for example, was a fun way to spice up the gameplay and add a little something to TTT. My suggestion would be to add one or multiple new plugins to TTT that would spice up the server coinflip, gangs, etc. (like Jayy Jayy mentioned). To specify my suggestion, I would like to see the jump stats plugin added to TTT, such as how we have on KZ. I personally feel like movement is an underrated part of TTT and that the jump stats plugin would work well with the !mhud plugin already on the server. However, I understand that adding the jump stats plugin would only be a small change to the server, and that's why I suggest looking into other plugins as well.

maybe adding special mods/days that start automatically or by admin, every few rounds would be nice as well.

Here are some ideas, no karma change for killing during these mods tho.
And maybe give the winner like 3~9 karma depending on how many players are active during the round.
-One in the chamber: just like how it works in JB.
-Gun game: same as JB.
-Slayers: all players have 35 Health, 1.5x speed, no weapons. round ends when one player survives.
-Freeze tag: knife-only. some players are selected as detectives depending on how many players are online, those detectives have to knife others once to return to being innocent. after x seconds the detectives explode and die. and the cycle repeated till 1 innocent is left alive.
Terminator: a player is given the detective role but his job is to wipe out the Ts using the knife, the terminator should have x health depending on the count of the alive players. maybe a special player model for the terminator?

ttt is boring for a lot of reasons, the playerbase is filled with rule breakers, no new or great maps to play which causes people to play the same maps over and over again, no new shop items or anything to spice up gameplay (they could add tazers, grenades, exojump, silenced weapons, fix the shield, all on rtd, maybe even similar thing to dice like, 30 seconds of drugs or 1.5x jump/.8 gravity)-i dont know why more things havent been added to rtd to make it like dice tbh, i mean all the jump things wouldnt break ttt as exploiting is still banable, and its not like map exploiting is impossible as it is now, 1/4th of the maps have big exploits that havent or wont be patched. so it would just be fun or refreshing. maybe just adding dice as a whole to ttt would be great too, maybe it would consume 500 credits to use it. about special days i remember getting the whole server (about 16-18) people to do a weird version of hide and seek on TTT, where Ts would have to hunt down innos while innos could only knife them, with the catch being that all Ts were kossed. was great.

Humans like consistency and quality service. Players only ask for a consistent experience.
I would like to remind the forum readers that Counter-Strike inherently is a very simple game, with very simple mechanics. But that's the beauty of Counter-Strike -- streamlined mechanics allowing for players to reach biggest heights, to master those mechanics.

It is my opinion, that such "crutches" are not fit for Counter-Strike as a game on whole.

Further, I think we're way too deep at the wrong rabbit-hole. All players want is a consistent, well-moderated environment. Such crutches increase user engagement only for so much. Add one crutch feature, players will expect other soon later.

All a person wants after a hard day at work is to have a way to spend their time having a consistent experience, not some "fun rounds" (heavy round, speed round, low-gravity round) that only entertain children.

Plugins to gather more data are certainly okay, as they do not impact the general gameplay. If the leadership wants to collect tables and tables of data, let them do so. Goodluck maintaining the databases and exponentially growing size of them, increasing the operational costs.

Games that survive decades with vibrant communities do not have an abundance of crutches that only satisfy a psychologically weak mind, begging for constant stimulation, that ever increases. Take a look at Team Fortress 2, that game hasn't received a content update in more than four years, yet the player base is very large for such game, and is very stable (if not growing steadily). In addition, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive during 2014-2017 era hasn't received any significant updates content wise (operations and so on), yet it still grew in size.

I don’t mind seeing small tweaks and other stuff that doesn’t really have much of a gameplay impact just gives some more tools and options for players to see how well there doing such as you mentioned having a jumps plugin. There’s really no reason not to add the plugin, but will it ever be a priority to add in my opinion , no. Things such as special days like gun game and other things really just doesn’t fit the server. While you could make somewhat of the argument it doesn’t fit JB either, it’s way more not meant for TTT. Any implementation of this I could only see be given to LE+ to possibly toggle a special day sometimes.
Edit: The special day stuff that would be added would draw away players from the game mode. If you want to have the sort of special day stuff or kind of crazy plugin stuff then play mg or jb, not TTT.
