I was banned and forgot my user name and date because I didnt apply right away.

So im wonder if there is a way for me to get unbanned from the edgegamers servers because I forgot all my information about the day I was banned and user I had because I switched it the same day like 10 times. please give me a way to get unbanned I would really like to start playing again. I think I figured out the username, $erpent, if an admin/moderator can figure out how to find the date and check and see if this username is correct I will love that. Please and thank you.
