!showrules shows players eGO's code of conduct to a player and forces them to agree to it before it can be dismissed. A similar command but to show them the server specific rules for TTT & JB (or how to get to the server specific rules) and force them to say that they have read and agreed to them would be useful.
This is especially useful for TTT, where new players may not know the rules and either don't notice or don't bother with the (ALL) ADMIN messages telling them to read the rules. Another potential use case is players who are fairly obviously RDMing because they haven't read the rules, and doesn't care when they get a warning, this could serve as a good intermediary before a kick and make sure that they've agreed before they play.
