No response to my ban being lifted

Hey there I currently am banned on the dust 24/7 server I put all the information in the form and haven't heard anything back yet. How long does this process take? I mean clearly there must be a demo of this alleged misdeed (which there isn't) but someone getting back to me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

hey W Wanazu , you just gotta be patient with your ban contest usually it could take a few days or sometimes they can respond the same day, Most of the CS leadership team are in school or busy irl, so you might not get a instant response
