Is the popular abbreviation for Leadership LS or LE?

Just want to be clear when I post.

I use LE, however when responding to ban contests I avoid using abbreviations as an outside player may not know what they mean so I just write out the full word instead.
Examples:
Responding to a suggestion: I really don't think we need something like this on our servers but ultimately it is up to CS LE.

Ban Contest ending: Your ban contest will be reviewed by the Counter Strike Leadership Team and they will respond afterwards. Please keep an eye on this thread as they may ask you for additional information.

Traditionally we've always used LE. I don't think I've ever seen anyone use LS here and I'd honestly be confused and think we were talking about Chevrolet engines.

Suggestion above for outside users as using the full word is probably a safe bet as well.
