System Awards Not Applying

Description of the bug.
System Awards are not giving year awards, One Year Recognition, Two Year, Three Year, etc.

What should be happening instead?
System should apply Recognition Awards automatically based on the age of the account.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Replication is on a case by case basis, if you take a look at my profile @Snowy which was created on Jan. 17, 2019. I received the One Year Recognition, but I am missing Year Two and Year Three.

Unfortunately, no automations have been pushed out as of yet, this is still a work in progress. Never the less you will still receive these awards once this feature has been added.
