Counter-Strike: Global Offensive allow me and only me to MFK

I don't see an issue with me being allowed to mfk tbh I would use this privilege responsibly and only mfk people who I see fit the punishment of being freekilled. This would benefit many people in multiple ways such as, when someone is talking too much I give them a mute with a bullet to their head, second it provides great entertainment who doesn't love watching a good mfk??? and last off it is very satisfying watching a mfk and I want to try it .
