I haven't made one of these in a while but I used to be for these.
Breaking people out of custody at this current time is usually done by either holding up a police officer at pillbox, or just carrying them and driving off with the suspect.
This is currently responded to by escorting suspects as police and asking people for ID at pillbox if they want to be treated. And in most cases, post an army of police officers at pillbox.
I think most of these scenario's are repetetive, and both side's dont respond well to them. The answers are only leading to toxic RP and generally leave either side unhappy.
The solution to this for me is to have prison transports. People can actually setup proper prison breaks opposed to trying a scuffed way to do it.
This way, people could find a way to break people out. without neccessary violence and scuffed hostage scenes at pillbox.
At the same time, the PD would be writing warrants for people in custody, and could do more investigating.
Whilst the criminal has to lay low, or will be caught. This can lead to more RP but there should be one rule, that there is a 30 month minimum for this.
So that people won't break out over some minor charge.
