Cell games don't open on jb_undertale when hns is called

Description of the bug.
When calling hns on jb_undertale, the cell doors will open but the cell games won't drop. This causes Ts to be stuck in games such as bhop and dropdown

What should be happening instead?
Cell games drop

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Call hns on jb_undertale

Extra info? Pressing the cell door open button as a ct doesn't drop the cell games, so hns is fundamentally broken on this map.
