Delivered Add Events Servers To Report/Contest Form

I think it would be helpful to add the events servers to the report a player and contest a ban forms. Currently, you have the option to select a specific server, but the events server is not an option.

Add: CS:GO Events, Team Fortress 2 Events.

In terms of futureproofing and maintainability I personally liked having just a regular field rather than this new multiple choice option.

This. Honestly makes more sense to just have a text input field so the form doesn't need to be modified every time a server is added/removed.

The Contest one was updated, was the Report form intentionally left as is?
almost like a regular field is easier to maintain
