What is the scope of your bug report?
FiveM RP

Short description of the bug
Vehicle upgrades do nothing for stock gta cars

Detailed description of the bug
Not sure if this is a bug, or should be a suggestion.

But the upgrades on my Elegy Retro Custom only increase the top speed by around 10-15 MPH (115ish to 125ish) - The amount of money I've put in on upgrades is around $25,000+

This should have been fixed after the most recent fix to garages. Please let us know if this is still a concern. If not please respond so we can close this issue. Thanks!
