CS:GO Beginner Surf

Short description of the bug
surf_colors_final s9 broken.

Detailed description of the bug
We all saw the bot go through the teleport at the end of s9 so we know where it is and what it's supposed to do but it never worked for us. Nobody was able to get past s9. I have a few clips. I can send over discord.

Can you upload the clips to Streamable or YouTube? It's way more convenient to have the evidence of the bug present in the thread so we don't have to switch between platforms in order to resolve the issue.
